Pilates is a low intensity muscle strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles, engaging the smaller deeper muscles that support your structure, enhancing overall health and effectively reducing body weight, challenging muscles you didn’t know you had.
A wide variety of exercises are performed on the reformer via the use of springs to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.
